I-mate JAMin Bluetooth Mobile Phone is a compact smartphone with PDA functions. It comes with a display of 2.8”, 240 x 320 dots resolution TFT, transflective LCD with support for 64k colours. The sensitive touch screen has white LED backlight. The phone is available in Black colour and comes with dimensions of (H) 108 x (W) 58 x (D) 18.1 mm and weighs 150g.

The phone incorporates Microsoft Windows Mobile 5, which facilitates web browsing, email applications and many other functions. The idea behind the introduction of Windows Mobile is the fact that the smart phone would be put to different uses at different times and by different users. The same phone which serves the productivity purpose will be used for entertainment during the leisure time. Thus, Windows Mobile 5 comes with a variety of multimedia features. It supports polyphonic MIDI ring tones. The call functions comprise of call waiting / holding / forwarding, call barring and multi-party conference call. It facilitates voice record, voice commands and voice dial. To control volume, there is volume up and down buttons.

This I-mate JAMin Mobile Phone has a memory capacity of 64MB and it supports SMS and MMS. The keypad consists of 5-way navigation pad and hands-free button. The Li-ion battery of the phone supports talk time of 7.5 hrs and standby time of 345 hrs. Other features of the phone include Games, Calculator and Photo caller ID.
